In 1999 Noelle started her career in organ donation while living in South Carolina. In 2004, she left her dream job to move to Savannah, Georgia so that her new son could grow up with his father’s 2 children from a previous marriage. In 2008, Noelle gave birth to twin girls and decided to stay home a bit longer to raise the 5 children.
In 2012, Noelle and her family moved to south Florida, where they currently reside, and knew she had to go back to doing what she loved…supporting families and allowing them to make informed decisions when given such a rare opportunity for a loved one to be an organ/tissue/eye donor, so she went to work with the University of Miami continuing to pursue her career in donation.
On Thanksgiving Day in 2016, Noelle’s best friend committed suicide. Using her knowledge and expertise, Noelle was able to help guide her friend’s family in making the decision to turn a tragedy into a miracle and her friend became an organ and eye donor. Noelle also currently has a friend on the kidney transplant list. After some time to heal, Noelle opened her own business and began to travel around the country taking some short-term and some long-term assignments in OPO’s in Wisconsin, Texas, Arizona, Florida, South Carolina, and New York. Noelle also extended her experience by becoming a part of a team who took thoracic and abdominal import offers for 4 highly recognized transplant centers. Today Noelle continues to travel around the country using her personal knowledge and expertise in training other coordinators, supporting families and continuing to follow her passion to help save lives.
