PROFESSIONAL STAFFING:
Our customized staffing program was developed to support the diverse needs of our partnering OPOs and Transplant Programs. Each staffing classification is clearly defined to establish a baseline for performance metrics. Matching the qualifications of our team members to the specific needs of your organization is an essential part of our (e³) Core Value for success… Everything Matters Exponentially.
WHY OUR PROFESSIONAL STAFFING?
We are committed to providing world class service & staffing support to our Partnering OPO’s with unparalleled consistency, dependability, and professionalism. We offer a suite of Highly Qualified Professional Team Members from which to choose, all of whom have been properly vetted by having their credentials verified and a background check performed.
- We live our (e³) Core Value and always deliver on our Non-Negotiable Standard of Excellence which includes a Professional Code of Conduct and Appearance. We issue every Team Member High Quality Attire (Scrubs, Lab Coat, & Backpack) through our Corporate Partnership with Allheart. All uniforms are properly branded and professionally embroidered with the Life Giving Resources Logo, The Team Member’s Name and corresponding Credentials.
- We provide True Team Member Accountability to the OPO through Client Assignment Reviews, Recommendations, and/or Testimonials, which directly impacts the Team Members performance-based compensation as well as future merit-based opportunities.
- We utilize our Proprietary 360º Degree Communication Loop which includes a Pre-Assignment Orientation Call, During Assignment Status Calls (as needed), and finally a Post-Assignment Debrief Call. Because we know the importance of knowing what to expect. If you don’t know what to expect, you don’t know what success looks like, and if you don’t know what success looks like, then it is impossible to feel successful, and nobody wants to work in a role where they can never feel successful.
- We have designed our website as an indispensable resource for our Partnering OPO’s where they can learn all about each of our Team Members including their credentials and qualifications, their background and experience, their past performance reviews by previous clients, as well as their “Why” (why they do what they do). There is also a Calendaring Feature so the OPO can see each Team Member’s current availability for temporary assignment and request a booking without ever having to pick up the phone or send an emai
REMOTE INTAKE, ALLOCATION, AND ORGAN OFFER TRIAGE:
Remote Intake, allocation, and organ offer triage team members apply our (e³) Core Value while supporting our partnering OPOs and transplant programs. This service creates a simple solution when activity demands exceed your staffing model. Our team has experience in OPO and transplant operations with an expansive knowledge of the UNET allocation system and OPTN policy. You can utilize this service PRN or as a full-time solution. Our 8 hour, 12 hour, and 24 hour shifts allow programs to customize their own solutions.
WHY OUR INTAKE, ALLOCATION, AND ORGAN OFFER TRIAGE SERVICES?
- Intake overflow team members apply our (e³) Core Value while working remotely to support OPOs during times when activity exceeds the ability of intake coordinators to provide efficient and timely responses to organ and tissue referrals.
- Organ allocation team members apply the (e³) Core Value while working remotely to support OPOs in all circumstances requiring assistance with organ allocation; most notably when the acuity of a donor requires aggressive donor management and expedited organ placement.
- Organ offer triage team members apply our (e³) Core Value while supporting our partnering transplant programs with organ offer triage. This service creates a simple solution to burdensome interruptions from organ offers that do not meet suitability criteria.
- Please see our Staffing Classification Descriptions for detailed information about how our remote services can support the operational needs of your organization.

We construct an engaging and interactive learning environment where students feel both confident and challenged, accepted and motivated, valued for what they bring to the table and evaluated for what they’ve learned before they leave.
WHY OUR ONSITE TRAINING?

ONSITE CONSULTING:
From evolving regulations to emerging technologies, our industry is at a higher risk for disruption than ever before. Whether you’re experiencing challenges with company morale, internal processes, or staff engagement… onsite consulting can help. Our (e³) consulting services focus on establishing strategies for adapting to change, meeting performance metrics, and restoring a healthy culture.

LIVE PEER TO PEER SUPPORT WEBINAR: Our live peer to peer support webinars help buffer the impact of prolonged exposure to trauma and grief on mental and emotional health. Coordinating the recovery of organs for transplantation is both a highly stressful and inherently rewarding experience. Many coordinators who have made career commitments to organ recovery take medications to help manage chronic anxiety, depression, and/or insomnia. In this webinar series we introduce the importance of recognizing secondary trauma, constructing the foundation for a resilient workforce, and creating a safe space for debriefing. Although recent studies demonstrate that 1 in 3 ICU nurses reported symptoms of PTSD, little has been done to assess the ongoing mental health and wellbeing of our frontline caretakers.
WHY OUR LIVE PEER TO PEER SUPPORT WEBINAR?
- Provides growth through unity and shared experience
- Offers an opportunity to debrief and connect with peers and colleagues
- Creates an outlet for sharing therapeutic methods of coping with, adapting to, and managing mental and emotional stress.
- We implement creative engagement strategies
- We customize content to meet the unique needs of our clients
VIRTUAL INTERACTIVE ONLINE TRAINING:
Given the evolutionary nature of our industry and the rigorous demand for ongoing staff development, webinars and online training resources have become the bedrock methodology for learning and adapting to change. Our (e³) virtual interactive training platform strengthens the online learning experience through engagement. Rather than transferring universal training material to an online space, our virtual interactive online training program creates a unique learning experience that adapts to each individual’s proficiency level and educational need.
WHY OUR VIRTUAL TRAINING?
We are all unique in our talents, skills, and capabilities. We are also unique in what we know and how we learn… Our (e³) approach to interactive virtual training meets those unique needs with a unique path to knowledge.
COACHING & TEAM BUILDING:
